1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

3.2 One Account Policy

The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. extreme888 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances associated with such accounts.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

extreme888 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and other payment methods as made available on the Platform from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

extreme888's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your extreme888 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the extreme888 Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Nothing in this section shall prevent extreme888 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
